Paul - as Managing Partner of JSC's Ultimate Beneficial Owner** Cambria Investment Management, L.P -- has been Chairman of several US/European and Australasian companies involved in commodity trading, real estate, structured trade finance, and health care provision. He has had extensive dealings with many governments and international banking and professional firms. He has carried out extensive consulting assignments with Global 20 organizations including Daewoo, the Namura Holding group, and the the former Banque Brussel-Lambert. He has been involved in a variety of cross-border M&A and relocation transactions and has raised significant sums of money of equity and debt funding for his various ventures.
